NUXIA DATA

Databases and in-memory data
Data platforms

Relational databases, caches and distributed in-memory data for transactional applications. Architecture, performance, recovery and lifecycle for each engine.

Let's discuss your platform

Technologies and components

  • PostgreSQL: transactional databases, replication and high availability with Patroni.
  • MySQL: web and enterprise applications with InnoDB Cluster and Group Replication as required by the design.
  • Valkey: caching, sessions and rate limiting; Redis migration assessment and delivery.
  • Tanzu GemFire and Apache Geode: distributed in-memory data, partitioning, queries and cross-site replication.

Architecture and operations

We define topology, persistence, backups, retention and recovery by service criticality. We measure queries, connections, indexes, memory and replication. Permissions, encryption and logs integrate with organisational controls.

Use cases

  • Business applications, portals, digital channels and transactional processes.
  • Sessions, shared caches, catalogues and low-latency access to operational data.

Planning the migration

We inventory versions, extensions, clients and features. We test compatibility and performance, choose replication or export for each engine and verify integrity and restore before switching connections.

What we deliver

Architecture design, versioned configuration, test plan, operating and recovery procedures, and team onboarding. We agree which components your team operates and which Nuxia covers.

Versions, licences, compatibility, support coverage and service targets are agreed after reviewing the environment. Sizing and results are validated with representative workloads and tests.

Frequently asked questions

Can we adopt only part of the catalogue?

Yes. Assessment determines what to keep, integrate and change. The architecture can start with a database, an event flow or a lakehouse domain and expand in stages.

Can it run in a disconnected environment?

This is assessed per component and version: dependencies, images, licences, updates and observability. Isolation requires internal repositories and a controlled import and verification process.
