What is EstrategIA Nux
EstrategIA Nux is Nuxia's approach to making AI a business capability. It connects business goals with the data, processes, people and technology needed to put them into practice.
The starting point is not choosing a model or installing a chatbot. It is understanding what you want to change, what is needed and how you will evaluate the outcome.
Who it is for
- Organisations that want to bring order to scattered AI initiatives and establish priorities.
- Teams that have tested tools but need a path towards operational solutions.
- Companies that want to connect strategy, infrastructure and governance before expanding their use of AI.
Five connected phases
01 · AI Transformation Assessment
Understand before investing. We analyse six dimensions: strategy and business; data and knowledge; processes and operations; technological maturity; people and organisation; and governance and risk.
The result is a starting-point assessment, an opportunity map, project dependencies and a prioritised roadmap. The initial business case distinguishes estimated benefits, costs and risks: assumptions are not presented as achieved results.
02 · AI Foundation & Perimeter
Prepare controlled foundations. We define the environment from which AI is used: identity, model access, authorised data, connectors, budgets and traceability.
The work connects three questions: which information AI can use, how much its usage costs and which systems it can access. The architecture adapts to the company, using components that can evolve.
03 · AI Use Case Factory
Turn a priority into a solution. We design and build use cases, automations and digital workers linked to a specific process.
Each use case defines the data, integrations, human responsibilities and evaluation criteria required. The aim is to connect development with operations, rather than leave an isolated demo.
04 · AI Capability Catalog
Avoid starting from scratch on every project. We organise reusable capabilities: specialised tasks or skills, agents, copilots and operational knowledge.
The catalogue lets knowledge gained in one use case serve other teams, with owners, versions and usage boundaries. The asset also includes knowledge of how the business works.
05 · AI Run & Evolve
Support what is already running. Operations include observation, evaluation, correction and evolution: data, models, agents, processes, costs and risks.
Traces and outcome reviews help detect incidents and guide improvements. Operational and support scope is agreed for each solution.
What the assessment gives you
- A maturity assessment with supporting evidence.
- Opportunities prioritised by impact, feasibility and risk.
- A map of data, technological capabilities and dependencies.
- A roadmap with proposed initiatives, owners and metrics.
- An initial business case with explicit assumptions.
The exact scope is agreed before starting. You do not need to decide the entire transformation in the first conversation.
How we start
We start with a business challenge and existing initiatives. We bring business, technology and operations together to identify the right starting point and the evidence needed.
If you already have a defined use case, we can connect the strategy with digital workers or with the private AI and infrastructure foundation.
Frequently asked questions
Is it only a consulting report?
Assessment is one phase. EstrategIA Nux also covers foundations, development, reuse and operations. Each engagement defines the phases and deliverables included.
Do we need to change all our tools?
We do not start from that assumption. Existing capabilities and limitations are reviewed before suggesting changes or new integrations.
Does it include a guaranteed return?
No. Return is treated as a hypothesis to evaluate with defined metrics and costs. Outcomes depend on the process, data, adoption and operations.
